Overview:
I purchase Internet broadband service from Cox Communications in Phoenix. On November 8th, 2006, my home computer was “hacked” while I was researching Mormon history and theology via the Internet and the “hack” originated from the Phoenix office of Cox communications. The “hack” occurred in conjunction with a previously organized campaign of intimidation and harassment originally launched against me by the Mormon religion 1978, after I accidentally discovered that the Mormon religion was at war with the United States between 1830 and 1858, that Joseph Smith tried to overthrow the United States Government in 1844 and that Smith was arrested for treason against the United States because of this (See, “
Why I Left”). Consequently, since 1978, Mormons and their secret police, the danites, have monitored my every move, and were monitoring my research activities via the Internet at the time they “hacked” me. This incident is just one of many examples of the Mormons violating my civil rights, and was designed as a warning for me to stop my research activities. Coincidentally, the General Manager of Cox’s Phoenix office is Mormon, is the President of the Scottsdale Stake and graduated from BYU. Because of this, Mormons also dominate most of the key positions in Cox’s Phoenix office.
Anatomy of the “Hack”:
During the week of November 6, 2006, my home computer began acting strangely and started executing my instructions very, very slowly, as if it had a virus. But, after performing an extensive diagnostics on my computer, I eliminated any possibility that a virus was the cause of the problem. Further, I eventually arrived at the startling realization that some type of illegal “spyware” had been installed on my computer, and was running in “stealth mode”. Even more incredible, I eventually learned that the source of the illegal “spyware” was none other then Cox Communications, my Internet service provider. Initially, all I knew was that somebody at a remote location was executing this illegal “spyware” intermittently in “stealth mode” to hijack my computer. The fact the program was running in “stealth mode” meant that the program’s GUI interface was not visible by me as an active program and I couldn’t see anything. But, whenever the program was executed, my computer suddenly began executing my instructions very, very slowly. Once I realized my computer was being hijacked, I also knew that only somebody with specialized computer know-how would even be able to install the program on my computer, because of all of the protection I have. I have hardware and software firewalls, anti-spyware software and other protection that others don’t have.
After realizing that “spyware” was running intermittently on my computer, and it was being operated from a remote location by whoever “hijacking” my computer, I began scanning the computer for any obvious signs that it had been tampered with. I looked for obvious signs like new program icons, but I couldn’t find any. So, I began manually searching through the computer’s main directory where all of the computer’s executable programs typically reside to see if there were any new program directories I didn’t recognize and hadn’t installed myself. Eventually, did find a program directory that held programs I had not installed. Coincidentally, I was actually going through this process at the same time my computer was being hijacked, and the “spyware” was being operated remotely. After finding the “spyware” program I was more concerned about immediately disabling it than properly “uninstalling” it. I also wasn’t even sure if it would show up in the official list of programs that were installed on my computer. Consequently, I simply located the “exe” file, deleted it while it was running, and re-booted my machine. I knew this would permanently “kill” the program and prevent it from ever being executed again (as long as it wasn’t re-installed). Much to my surprise after re-booting, this process caused a previously invisible icon to mysteriously appear in the task bar area, which identifies programs that are running “in the background” on the computer. This new icon also identified the “spyware” that was being used to hijack my computer.
Next, I began to research the pedigree of this mysterious program in order to hopefully identify its source as well as the culprit who installed it on my machine. Eventually, I was able to ascertain it was a program called ExpertCity, which at one point was used by @Home support. @Home was the American company that developed the first broadband Internet solution for cable, and began licensing this technology to Cox Communications around 1997. At the time, this was the broadband service that Cox provided to its customers, and it was called “Cox@Home”. But, around 2002, @Home went belly-up during the dot-com crash, and Cox not only developed its own broadband technology, but began providing its own technical support as well. But, prior to 2002, @Home’s level-1 and Level-2 technical support teams provided the technical support to all of Cox’s customers, and ExpertCity was used by @Home technical support to provide remote access to a customer’s computer in order to perform diagnostics or maintenance. But, whenever this was necessary, the customer would be on the telephone with the @Home support team, @Home would ask for permission to load the program and they would “walk the customer through” the entire process. Strangely, I built my home computer myself in 2004, 2-years after Cox@Home was dissolved due the bankruptcy of @Home. So, I never had an opportunity to deal with @Home’s technical support group, and I was able to further ascertain that the program had only been installed the previous month.
It began look rather obvious that the “spyware” had been installed by someone at Cox Communications, which wouldn’t have been very hard since Cox knew my IP address, always had access to my computer and had access to the old Cox@Home programs that were previously used by @Home. At this point, I’ll state I’ve already been forced to endure approximately 32-years of intense harassment by the Mormon religion and their sycophantic goons who think they can violate Man’s laws with impunity, because they believe they are Gods themselves. This includes being offered money and a contract to not leave the Mormon religion, having my grades changed at the University I attended, having my life threatened on multiple occasions, being stalked, having my phones bugged and numerous other violations of my Constitutional rights (See, “Why I Left”). Further, I knew Cox’s Phoenix offices are dominated by Mormons and that Steve Rizley who is the General Manager is a Mormon stake President. Because of all of this, this entire incident, up to this point, wasn’t really that big of a deal to me. After I identified the “spyware” and its most likely source, I simply proceeded to delete the rest of the program and run other programs to “clean” any remaining vestiges of the “spyware”. Then, I changed my IP address, which someone at Cox would always be able to get anyway, in order to try least make them work if they wanted to “hack” me again.
November Cox Bill:
Sunday, November 5th also happened to be the day I paid all of my bills for the previous month. And, included in the stack of bills was my Cox bill, which I paid on time (as usual). But strangely, about two weeks later, on November 18th, and 20th, I began receiving annoying automated collection calls from Cox, as if they never received my payment. Annoyed, I initially ignored both of the calls. However, late in the afternoon on Monday the 20th, I did call Cox back to find out what the problem was, and the representative I spoke with indicated that Cox had not received my payment for the month, which I had just sent, and wanted me to pay-up. I proceeded to explain I had already paid the bill, and provided her with the check number, payment date and amount. Further, while I was on the phone with Cox, I logged into my bank account via the Internet to verify that the check had cleared the bank. Not surprisingly, my bank showed that the check, which I mailed to Cox 2-weeks before, had already cleared the bank. This meant that Cox had even deposited my money. I explained this, and asked her why Cox was making annoying automated calls for me pay my bill when they already deposited my money? Talk about annoying. At this point, the Cox representative indicated she couldn’t take my word regarding the fact my check cleared, and explained I needed to have my bank fax a copy of the cleared check to her, which I proceeded to do. I also had the bank send me a copy as well (see bank faxes below).

About a week later, on Tuesday, November 28th, I was working in my home office when I received a business call on my home-office number. Then, not more then 5-minutes after the completion of that call, I received another call. However, after answering the second call, all I heard was music in the background, as if I had been put on hold. Consequently, I proceeded to put that call on ”speakerphone”, and waited to see if the person calling would eventually speak. But, as I listened to the music playing on the speakerphone, I noticed it synced exactly to the same music streaming on my computer; I listen to an Internet radio feed from Switzerland. I have to admit I was a bit startled after realizing the music on the telephone was the same music that was playing on my computer; and, I instantly knew somebody was “messing with me”. Then, after a few moments whoever called me ended the call and I hung-up my phone. Obviously, the call was a warning that my computer was being monitored, and that I should stop my latest research activities on Mormon theology and history. I decided to “*69” the call in the hopes I would be able to obtain the phone number that the call originated from. I wasn’t too hopeful because this usually doesn’t work, but surprisingly I was actually provided with the phone number. And, not only that, the number was (623) 594-1000, which is the main number for Cox Communications in Phoenix. Double-click the icon below to listen to the digital recording of the “*69” call.

Now I was angry. During the past 3-weeks I had already been forced to deal with illegal “spyware” installed on my computer most likely by Cox, harassing collection calls from Cox even though I had already paid my bill. And, now I had receive a harassing call from Cox, and the only thing on the call was same music I was listening to on my computer via the Internet. Additionally, Cox was the source of all three of these strange events. They were certainly not random events. As a result of this phone call, I immediately called Cox Communication’s corporate headquarters in Atlanta to file a complaint with their legal department. I called the company’s headquarters in Atlanta because I knew the General Manager of the Phoenix office was Mormon, attended BYU and is the President of the Scottsdale Mormon Stake. But, more importantly, I also knew that because of the lack of integrity, any issues I raised in the local office would most likely be dismissed. I called the Cox’s headquarters in Atlanta around 11:00 AM Arizona time on Tuesday, November 28th, and asked to speak with their legal department in order to report these incidents. Initially, I spoke with “LizT” in commercial accounts, but she referred me to another lady by the name of “JenC” in residential accounts. During my conversation with “JenC”, I proceeded to relate the sequence of events as they occurred during the past three weeks. She indicated she would take “care of it”, and that I could expect a call from Cox’s Phoenix office.
I also proceeded to call the Phoenix office of the FBI to report these incidents. After making these calls to report my home computer was “hacked” and someone at Cox Communications was harassing me, I left for a meeting and to get lunch. I arrived back at my home office around 2:00 PM Arizona time on the same day, and immediately accessed my computer to do additional work. Eventually, I also needed to access the Internet, but when I executed the web browser to access the Internet, my “homepage” didn’t appear. Instead, the page that opened-up on my computer was an “Ex-Mormon” website. The page that came up also prompted me to log-on to the site, but I had no logon ID because I had never visited, or seen, this website before. Additionally, it’s important to understand that I never reset my “homepage” to this “Ex-Mormon” website, either. Consequently, the site should have never opened on my computer. Once again, it was not too hard to ascertain that somebody from Cox Communications originated this modification, and used what is commonly known as “push technology” so that the “Ex-Mormon” website would open on my computer the next time I accessed my web browser. Interestingly, the site also included a massage stating, “the email address you are using for this group is bouncing”, which means that whoever orchestrated the whole thing apparently didn’t use my correct email address. The website is shown below:

Because of this latest incident, I immediately called “JenC” in the Atlanta office again to update her about the latest incident, which had just occurred. I also called the FBI again to update them as well. I also proceeded to document the entire sequence of events, and sent this email to Cox’s headquarters along with a digital recording of the “*69” call and a copy of the “Ex-Mormon” website that was “pushed” to me.
Item 5
Then, about a week later, on Thursday, December 7th, I received a Christmas card via email from someone I have neither met nor ever heard of. And, based on the information in the email, the card is from the President of T3, an executive search company. Note the picture of the Salt Lake Mormon Temple on the email. This was another warning that if I ever wanted to work in Phoenix, I needed to become more passive and accept being dominated by the Mormon man-Gods who are able to circumvent Man’s laws, the laws of Moses, and view themselves as having power over my life and career.
Item 6
I’ve already provided plenty of documented evidences that illustrate the Mormon religion’s ongoing campaign of intimidation and harassment against me, and their attempts to sabotage my life because of what I know about their religion. I’ve also documented how the Mormons first tried to bribe me by offering me $100,000, a contract to make me a "Young Adult Leader" and how the bishop of the ward I attended (also a full-tenured economics Professor at the unitversty I attended) changed my grades in an economics class I had to take to an "A" so I would remain in their religion. But, when I opted to leave their whacky religion anyway, they began a campaign of intimidation and harassment designed to destroy my credibility so nobody would ever listen to this story. During this “second phase” of Mormon religion, my phones were “bugged”, my life has been threatened on multiple occasions and I’ve been continually stalked and harassed by their secret police (danites) in an effort to subjugate me. Now, “hacking” my computer had been added to the list. How odd it seems these activities are perpetrated by an organization that claims to be a “mainstream Christian religion” that reveres the Constitution of the United States. Unfortunately, this latest incident, which was comprised of “spyware” being surreptitiously installed on my computer, the “losing” of my payment to Cox, the phone call from Cox with the music feed from my online radio station, the ex-Mormon website, and the Christmas card from an unknown person with a picture of the Salt Lake Temple are all indications that business is going on as usual in Salt Lake. And, there is a very important reason why the Mormons are so concerned about me.
Mormon agents within Cox were monitoring my Internet activities, and were aware of my latest round of research activities, which focused on Mormon history and theology, and its modern impact on contemporary on Judeo-American culture. In 1978, not only did I accidentally discover the Mormon religion was at war with the United States between 1830 and 1858, that Joseph Smith tried to overthrow the United States Government in 1844 and that he was arrested for Treason against the United States because of this (See, “Why I Left”), I also discovered that Mormons have also been involved in virtually every terrorist activity that has occurred inside of the United States. But, I only began uncovering evidence of these activities after I began performing Mormon research anew around 2000. Since then, not only have I learned that members of the Mormon religion were involved in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing, 9/11 and the related anthrax attacks, but members of the Mormon religion also infiltrated the Bush administration and were involved in re-writing the President’s emergency war powers legislation, which would allow for a Mormon President or proxy to seize control of the United States Government during a national emergency. One can’t help but think how odd it is that not only were Mormons involved in executing terrorist events, but they were also involved in creating a scenario in the United States Government where a President might need to invoke the emergency war powers legislation, which was ironically made necessary because of these terrorist events. Even more incredible, this entire scenario would also fulfill the Mormon prophecies that teach America will become a Mormon kingdom of Zion.

Apparently, Rizley is an avid Mormon historian, and gave the following presentation in July of 2005 to the Miller-Eccles Study Group, a 501-c3 not-for-profit corporation whose sole purpose it is to promote LDS “history”. Rizley’s presentation is interesting in that he discusses the Mormon’s reputation for peace and for being such good neighbors, as opposed to the “anything goes lifestyle of the gentile” (non-Mormons). He also provides an insightful analysis about how, “the raids on polygamy never reached southern Arizona”. Rizley’s presentation on LDS history is shown below in its entirety:
The Miller-Eccles Study Group

Miller-Eccles Mission Statement - The Miller-Eccles Study Group seeks to encourage LDS gospel scholarship, enlightenment and understanding. To this end, qualified speakers are invited to address the group on related subjects. Our format then allows for the kind of in-depth question and discussion that other local forums and activities are unable to accommodate. We aim to provide opportunities for honest inquiry and expression in an open, accepting environment of good fellowship. In such an atmosphere negativism and destructive criticism do not easily flourish. Instead, the exhilaration, upliftment, and unity amid diversity that the gospel affords, can be fostered.
July 2005 Miller-Eccles Meeting Report
By
Russell M. Frandsen
We had another fine program in July. Steve Rizley, CEO of Cox Communications in Arizona and an avid historian, presented a stimulating summary of early Mormon settlement in southeast Arizona. It was a fascinating presentation with groundbreaking research. He had several slides to go along with it.
Southern Arizona was the most extensive Mormon interaction with the "wild west" of any Mormon community. St. David is just 7 miles from Tombstone and the wild and lawless mining towns that grew up in that vicinity. The early Mormon settlers came from Cache Valley. Upon arrival, they built a fort, since they were in the middle of Apache territory. Fortunately, as I understand it, they never had to rely on it in hostilities with the Apaches. An interesting note, this was the last fort built in the United States because of possible hostilities with Indian tribes.
The fort was built in the late 1870s.They tried to recreate the protypical agricultural-based Mormon community in southeast Arizona, but the climate and water resources did not support that type of agricultural economic base. Much to the chagrin of church leaders in Salt Lake City, these Arizona saints turned to lumbering, freighting, and construction to maintain themselves in the early years. They built most of the early substantial buildings in the area. They built the first school. After a few years, a large earthquake in southern Arizona destroyed many buildings, including the first school built. Fortunately school was not in session and there were no casualties reported.
At one point during the early years, Erastus Snow (my memory might be failing on the name) prophesied that if the saints were faithful, they would find crystal clear water running down theirs streets and canals. This was a bold prophecy in light of the vagaries of the San Pedro river. But after the earthquake, one of the saints thought she heard running water underground. The saints started digging and soon discovered large artesian wells that provided large amounts of water to sustain an agriculturally economy. Thereafter, the Mormon communities developed more along the lines of other Mormon settlements.
Steve Rizley told us about the Mormon interaction with the legends of the west, including the peripheral involvement of the LDS in Tombstone with Wyatt Earp and the local cattle and horse rustlers. Because of the Mormon reputation for peace and good neighbors, and because of the otherwise anything goes attitudes in the gentile towns, the "raid" on polygamy never reached southern Arizona. There are no records of any prosecutions in the area.
Steve Rizley pointed out how the Mormon community's interaction with all types of peoples in southern Arizona, including Indians, Mexicans, and others, provided a cultural milieu for young Spencer W. Kimball. Perhaps it was this Arizona upbringing that helped prepare Pres. Kimball for the 1978 Priesthood Revelation. Armand Mauss will have more to say on this topic when his new book comes out.
Steve Rizley will be preparing a book on these topics. The University of Arizona is interested, as well as other presses. He has yet to choose. I have probably distorted beyond recognition the cogent and well-prepared presentation by Steve Rizley, so you will have to get his book when it comes out.
Note by Lyle Slaughter: I find it quite interesting that Mr. Rizley is talking about polygamy and referring to the "anything goes" attitude of the "Christian" gentile. This appears to be a mainstay of Mormon sentiment even in 2006, which they only dare discuss in their secret meetings. Perhaps the Mormons would appreciate a more comprehensive, and truthful, lesson on Mormon history, by somebody who actually knows the REAL truth about the history of the Mormon cult in America.
